Salona 37 from 2009 in good condition, first owner selling. Just launched, rigged and prepared for its new owners to enjoy.

The Salona 37 was built by AD Boats from the design of the famous designer Jernej Jakobin (J&J) from 2007 to 2011. Boat reviews at that time declared the Salona 37 a perfect match between Cruiser and Performance. She was also awarded the European Yacht of the Year as well as the US boat of the Year in 2007.

The heart of the Salona 37's construction is a stainless-steel grid that ties keel, mast, and hull together. The grid is further encapsulated in fiberglass throughout. As one of the Boat of the Year judges at that time remarked, the 37's grid is a work of art, and demonstrates a belt-and-suspenders style of boatbuilding. The hull is solid glass below the waterline and cored with Airex above and in the deck. There are watertight bulkheads fore and aft, and the aft bulkhead is forward of the rudderstock.

This Salona 37 has the medium keel, the three-cabin layout and full Harken deck equipment. She has been fitted with teak decks and the upgraded saloon with alcantara cushions and additional cabin storage. Walking the wide side decks makes it easy to move around the ship, the huge anchor locker can be used as a storage for the spinnaker during racing as well as it fits both anchor, chain and fenders during normal cruising. Both windlass and jib furler are under deck

Her regatta abilities are self-explanatory however, should you wish to use her only for cruising, you will find her being a fast and comfortable such having both of the two worlds in one. The cabin layout is built for sailing, with pilot berths in the saloon however designed in a way that they work equally good for normal cruising with the pilot berths acting as backrest for the cabin dinette layout.

This Salona 37 has been taken care of by its first owners who picked her up at the yard themselves. She has been well looked after and duly upgraded over the years.
